ON-SITE INSTALL & COMMISSIONING
XYLEM offers on-site installation and commissioning of our fully automated can fillers. We help set up the system and offer operating training on running the system and diagnostics in the event of an error. Our installations span 1-2 days depending on need and our personnel can oversee actual vaporizer production.
CERTIFIED OPERATOR TRAINING
We offer a high-intensity 2-day mock vaporizer production course at our headquarters in Houston, TX. This training focuses on operational speed & productivity and product quality as well as learning cart filler system repairs. Additionally, we can match the formulation of real cannabis vape resins (using D8, CBD) with the same terpenes and viscosity to mimic the physical parameters of specific vape formulations.
Training Services from Xylem
Properly trained operators are vital to the long-term success of cartridge manufacturing processes. Our training focuses on vape cart machine operations andalso covers the preparation and recovery of cannabis resins. Since many cannabis resin processing steps are non-standardized due to technological changes and market turnover, our training curriculum is focused on enhancing operator resiliency and education. This approach delivers maximum value to processes that need to adapt to changing equipment and the rapidly changing cannabis markets.
Extensive Cannabis Industry Experience
Xylem’s experienced team has operated in the cannabis market for years, manufacturing everything from vapes to edibles. With Xylem, you gain access to expertise from the individuals with experience developing and assembling robotic cart filler systems, along with deep knowledge of vape cart supply chains, cannabis/CBD properties, and government regulations in every state.
Advantages of Xylem’s Technical Curriculum:
- Enhanced cart filler productivity
- Prevention of unscheduled system downtime
- Focus on core business operations: optimizing and planning workloads
- Comprehensive quality training as a prerequisite for quality audits
SCIENTIFIC INDUSTRY EXPERTISE
At Xylem Robotics, we not only have extensive industry expertise in cannabis manufacturing, but many of our personnel also have worked in the pharmaceutical and lab equipment industries. This enables us to adopt standardized solutions that are tested and maintain compliance with regulations for cannabis.
GLASSWARE FOR CANNABIS EXTRACTS
Learn about the optimal laboratory glassware for handling cannabis resins. Lab techs should know the specifics of choosing appropriate containers for heating, mixing, and testing to maintain GMP processes designed for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
SAFE HEATING LIVE RESIN, ROSIN,& DISILATE
Enhance the quality of live resin, rosin, and distillate, ensuring optimal consistency and quality, by using the correct equipment designed for precision and temperature control. It is important to control the temperature to avoid oxidation and the denaturing of terpenes while avoiding home-use devices like sous vide equipment.
HANDLING CUTTING AGENTS IN CANNABIS
Whether you are adding or removing cutting agents, it is pertinent to understand how to detect adulterants such as propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, MCT oil, mineral oil, and butane in concentrates. Precise methodologies for removal or addition are needed to maintain a stable and desired product.
