The Xylem Y1 infuses pre-rolls with resin, rosin, or any liquid extract. The system utilizes precision pumps and temperature control to deposit a highly accurate line of resin inside the pre-roll. Producing up to 500 infused pre-rolls an hour with perfect accuracy and no bleed spots.

The Xylem pre-roll infuser creates premium centerline-deposited pre-rolls by precisely injecting resin while drawing up to create a perfect, even center-core deposited infused pre-roll. Operators load pre-rolls into a precision-machined holding cartridge, and then the system will take care of the rest, no matter what type of resin, from distillate to rosin. From a variety of needle sizes to make hash holes, you can customize the diameter of the concentrate from less than 1 mm to up to 2 mm.

The Xylem Y1 infuses perfect centerlines using a precision pump that allows operator-adjustable length and accuracy to a fraction of a percent. Due to our filling technology, the system can handle infusion with temps as low as 35 degrees C. This allows for the preservation of terpenes and the elimination of bleed marks. It is compatible with any type of pre-roll closure and can handle high-viscosity concentrates. Moreover, an easy-to-use touchscreen UI allows users to save settings and monitor production.
