Another term for one ounce, or 28 grams, of flower cannabis. The quantity of cannabis that will fit within a gallon Ziploc bag is what is meant by the term. A half-ounce, or the quantity that fits into a typical 16 oz sandwich bag, is referred to as "half a zip." Be cautious when interpreting these equivalencies because while some cannabis strains yield thick buds, a modest amount from a strain that produces loose, airy buds can weigh more than flower.
