He has more than 30 years of experience at Werner, currently overseeing office associates and professional drivers. Dittberner played a key role in propelling Werner’s Dedicated Fleet Operations Network to become one of the largest in the country during his tenure. He is a member of an associate-driven committee at Werner Enterprises called the Innovation Council, and he participates in other industry councils, demonstrating his commitment to improving efficiency and sustainability in trucking as well as helping to shape the industry’s future.
