Xylem produces fully filled vape carts with the press of a button – with parts handling filling and capping occurring within the machine.

Press the Reset button to clear the system before pressing the Start button.

Pressing the Stop button will allow Xylem to finish the cartridges currently primed in the turrets.

Manually load a cartridge into the turret at station 3 and press Test Fill on the control panel.

Adjust the fill line either higher or lower on the control panel based off the level on the test fill.
Once the extract and cartridge components are loaded, the Xylem can be started simply by pressing a button.
Test-filling the cartridges prior to a production run will allow for a uniform fill across all the units.
